Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, on 28 June 2018 Closer Port, Inc. transferred the whole of its interest in Terra Firma Capital Partners II, L.P.-C (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP008204, and that, on 28 June 2018, Closer Port Anstalt became a limited partner in the Partnership in place of Closer Port, Inc.
