Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 28 October 2016 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 8 February 2017, MARTIN KAI-WEN LAM of 18 Chalvedon Green, Swindon SN3 2GW, single and a British Citizen, under section 2(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name Kai Wen Lam and assumed the name of Martin Kai-Wen Lam.
