NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the General Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above named company will be held at the offices of Singla & Company, Chartered Accountants, Hamilton House, 1 Temple Avenue, London EC4Y 0HA on 9 February 2017 at 11:00 am and 11:30 am respectively, to receive an account showing how the winding up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be furnished by the Liquidator and to pass a resolution as to the disposal of the books and records of the company by the Liquidator.

A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the company.
