The Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change hereby gives notice that she has decided to issue, and in consequence has issued, a works authorisation to be held by Total E&P UK Limited whose address is 18th Floor, 10 Upper Bank Street, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5BF the construction of a pipeline system between the ILT2-3 at the Edradour PLEM and the Glenlivet Manifold.

Except with the consent of the Secretary of State, the 323.9 Millimetre Production pipeline shall be only used to convey Multi-phase Gas; the 160.9 Millimetre MEG pipeline shall only be used to convey MEG; the 60.3 Millimetre Service pipeline shall only be used to convey MEG and the umbilical shall only be used to convey Hydraulic Fluid, Scale and Wax Inhibitor, power and signal.

The pipelines may be used by the holder and with the holder’s agreement, and with the consent of the Secretary of State, by other persons.

Total E&P UK Limited have been appointed operators of the pipelines.
