Notice is hereby given that it is our intention to declare a dividend to unsecured creditors of the Company. Creditors who have not yet done so, are required, on or before 3 May 2016, to send their proofs of debt to the undersigned, Jason Mark Elliott and Craig Johns, of Cowgill Holloway Business Recovery LLP, Regency House, 45-53 Chorley New Road, Bolton, BL1 4QR the Joint Liquidators, and, if so requested, to provide further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidators to be necessary. Creditors who have not proved their debt by the date specified will be excluded from the Dividend. The First Dividend will be declared within 2 months from 3 May 2016.
