Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 14 March 2016 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alan Clifton and Michaela Heeley, both of Empirical Insolvency LLP, PO Box 16114, Solihull, B93 3GS, (IP Nos: 8766 and 9660) be appointed as joint liquidators of the company for the purposes of the winding-up.” At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on the 14 March 2016 the appointment of Alan Clifton and Michaela Heeley as joint liquidators was confirmed.
