Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that GIM Specialist Funds (formerly J.P. Morgan Specialist Funds) has transferred its entire interest in Milestone 2010, L.P., a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP013961 (the “Partnership”), to JSOF Holdings Limited. Accordingly, GIM Specialist Funds (formerly J.P. Morgan Specialist Funds) has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and JSOF Holdings Limited has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
