THE SECRETARY OF STATE hereby gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highways (East) (No.36) Order 2015“ authorising the stopping up of three western part widths of the highway running through the Lynnsport complex at King’s Lynn, in the Borough of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk to enable development as permitted by the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk under reference 14/01562/FM.
COPIES OF THE ORDER MAY BE OBTAINED, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gsi.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/E/S247/1967) and may be inspected during normal opening hours at the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk, King’s Court, Chapel Street, King’s Lynn, PE30 1EX.
ANY PERSON aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 16 October 2015 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
