THE LONDON BOROUGH OF REDBRIDGE (STOPPING UP) (FOOTPATH 175) ORDER 2015

THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF REDBRIDGE hereby gives notice that it has made an order under section 247 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (“the Act”) authorising the stopping up of the following area of public highway which is described in the First Schedule to this Notice.

THIS ORDER IS MADE, to enable the development described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted under Part III of the Act to Fairview New Homes, 50 Lancaster Road, Enfield, Middlesex, EN2 0BY, by the Council of the London Borough of Redbridge on 18 July 2014 under reference 3410/13.

COPIES OF THE DRAFT ORDER AND THE RELEVANT PLAN (reference (Stopping Up) (Footpath 175) Order 2015 and Plan No. 2015/H/2), which will come in to operation on the 29 June 2015, may be inspected free of charge by any person from 25 June 2015 to 6 August 2015 at:

(a) The Information Centre, Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford, Essex IG1 1NN – between 8.45am and 4.30pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, and on Wednesday between 9.30am and 4.30pm (excluding bank holidays and public holidays); and

(b) Gants Hill Library, 490 Cranbrook Road, Ilford Essex IG2 6LA – between 9.30am and 8.00pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, between 9.30am and 6.00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays and between 9.30am and 4.00pm on Saturdays (excluding bank holidays and public holidays).

Any person aggrieved by the order and wishing to question its validity, or any provision contained in the order, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the TCPA 1990 or that any procedural requirement of the TCPA 1990 or any regulation made under the TCPA 1990 has not been complied with in relation to the making of the order may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the order or of any provision contained in the order.
