A copy of the proposed Order and of the accompanying plan showing the road over which the means of exercise of the public right of passage is to be redetermined, together with a statement of the reasons for making the Order have been deposited at The City of Edinburgh Council, City Chambers Reception, High Street, Edinburgh or online www.edinburgh.gov.uk/trafficorders or www.tellmescotland.gov.uk

Those documents are available for inspection free of charge from 17/4/15 until15/5/15 between 0930 and 1530 Mondays to Fridays inclusive. Any person may, within 28 days from 17/4/15 object to the making of the Order by notice, in writing, or email traffficorders@edinburgh.gov.uk quoting reference RSO/15/07 to THE HEAD OF TRANSPORT, SERVICES FOR COMMUNITIES, CITY CHAMBERS, HIGH STREET, EDINBURGH EH1 1YJ. Objections should state the name and address of the objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.

St Andrew Place All that part of the carriageway and south footway on St Andrew Pl from the rear of the west footway on Duncan Place, at the end of the cul-de-sac westwards for a distance of 37m or thereby and which has a width that varies from 22m or thereby to 8m or thereby.

SCHEDULE 2

ROADS OVER WHICH MEANS OF EXERCISE OF PUBLIC RIGHT OF PASSAGE IS TO BE REDETERMINED FROM FOOTWAY TO CYCLE TRACK

St Andrew Place, North side. All that part of the footway on the north side of St Andrew Pl from the intersection with the rear of the west footway of Duncan Pl westwards for a distance of 40m or thereby and which has a width throughout of 3m or thereby.

Duncan Place, West side All that part of the footway on the west side of Duncan Place, from the intersection with the rear of the north footway on St Andrew Pl and the rear of the west footway on Duncan Pl southwards for a distance of 4m or thereby and which has a width throughout of 3m or thereby.
